The following is how I would setup Bayern If I were in Guardiola's position.
About the tactic:
4-5-1 is perfect for a short passing game. It features a triangle in the middle of the pitch with two players in CM position to easily control the game, and it features a player in DM position, which means the defensive line is slightly lower, so the covering defender job isn't to difficult even when pushing up. The formation features a player in every part of the pitch, so pressing can be done everywhere, and ball can easily be won. Constant hassling will make sure opponents gets close to zero chances of scoring. Guaridola's Bayern is actually a mirror version of Guardiola's Barcelona.
