Anyone has got the formula for 5 star coaches??

Motivation, Level of Discipline and Determination play a key part in the star rating this year. Not sure the exact features though.

Here's some:
5 Star fitness - Bruno Demichelis, Tony Colbert and Damian Roden (i think Valter Di Salvo is too)
4.5 Tactics - Pat Rice
Plus:
Rene Meulensteen - 5 star shooting plus 4.5 ball control and set pieces
Franco Baldini - 4 star in a lot of things
Ventrone - 4 star attack, shooting and set pieces
Kevin Ball - 4 star defence (at Sunderland so fairly easy to get)
Lollichon - 5 star goalkeeping
Anyone found any other 4.5 or 5 star coaches?
