5 Star Coaching

So is there a roundup of abilites needed to reach 5 star coaching? Cause I believe it's been changed from the 7 star coaching system in 2009. Haven't found anything for 2010 yet.

seems like it's not the same as 2009. For instance one coach I have with 20 GK does only give me 3.5 stars. Another GK coach with 15 GK also gives me 3.5 stars... the second one has 19 tactical which might have something to do with it. Can't wait until some1 takes time do to this research cause god know's i don't have the patience for it.

does it have anything to do with motivation, discipline, and determination stats like 2009? berkz, add up those 3 stats for both your GK coaches and post it here please.

there was a formula that i found somewhere, and yes it also has alot to do with determination, level of discipline and motivating.

Manuel Delgado Meco is a free and he gets u 5 stars in any fitness regime.. and 4.5 stars in defence.

Basically what I do when I start a new game is poach the Man Utd Youth Coaches eg Brian Mc Clair (asks for big wages but 4.5 for shooting and I think hes 4.5 for set pieces) and also Paul Mc Guiness. Try Cooke, Whelan and Martin also good coaches for Man Utd.

I usually start as a lower club, so poaching coaches and getting the best right of the way is simply impossible. You gotta get your hands dirty and dig when you are in Serie C2.
