1. Strikers are a waste of time. Get dat extra midfielder.

2. Strikers will not provide you goals.

3. Do not under any circumstance play in a formation that includes one or more strikers

4. Use between 0 and 0 strikers.

5. Strikers are ONLY usefull as TARGETMEN.

That's it.

And most important thing, don't play Ramos as striker. Nah, scratch that. Don't play Ramos period.

my strikers seem to score alot... what do you play your strikers as?

No troubles with strikers right here! Constantly get strikers scoring at least 20-25 goals in a league season.

OP might be right, Vidic is my most clinical finisher....

If you can't get strikers to work and therefore don't use them fine, but telling other people to not use them because you can't get them to work is a bit odd.

I completely agree with the OP. Strikers are a waste of time. Like Suarez is only averaging 30 goals a season for me which is ridiculous. He should be up there in the 180's like!!!!

I advise people to play with 8 CB, then when the other manager isn't looking, flip the pitch 180 and suddenly you've 8 Strikers and their goalkeeper is all the way down he other end.

5 thing i learnt from this thread.

1. OP cant use his strikers.

2. .... .... ....

I learned to control my urge to type the old Learn To Play.

sigh

my strikers actully score a lot , sturridge 18 goals in 22 games , suarez 23 goals in 29 games

jebe? to.. i guardiolin nogomet.. bez ibre nema kadabre ;)

I think the OP was joking, but correct me if I'm wrong (the OP not some 4-5-1 barca winning tactic fanboy)

Yours sincerly, Tony Pulis

I personally took this as a joke in ode to the sheer number of tactics lately with no strikers in them.

That said, in a lot of cases the extra midfielder does seem to be working (but that doesn't mean strikers don't work)
