5 ways to improve your youth intake guide

Great read mate I've just got speak man in my nurnberg save his stats aren't as good in season 2 as they are on your Chester save but I'm hoping he can improve my youth system.

Edit: Okay oops, turns out I do know him, as he's in my coaching staff lol! But he's an under 18's coach and his stats aren't as suited for HoYD compared to my current one.

Really good read, thank you.

One of my goals when I play FM is always to have a youth system which consistently churns out prospects to either push into the first team or sell on but I never quite manage it.
