Tried quite a few saves with West Ham so far and yet to have any success, until now that is!!!!
I'm a big fan of the sweeper system, but found this awkward to implement on previous efforts at FM14, so I thought I'd utilise Reid, Collins and Tomkins in a flat-3.
The title 'The Dominator' is a little misleading as it doesn't produce the level of possession I would like at the moment, although with time I expect that this will improve as and when i'm able to sign better ball players.
My main prerequisite for signings is 'Determination' of 15+, I won't sign anyone who doesn't have this!
The star players have been Razvan Rat and Marco Motta as CWB's, Rat had the highest average rating in the Premier League!
I then used a BWM and a BBM alongside an Adv Playmaker, with a Adv Fwd and DL Fwd in attack.
The signings of forward players are vital for when you play with West Ham. Carroll is out for ages, and Petric becomes your only front man. I managed to get Mame Diouf, Carlton Cole, and Giovanni Moreno. Diouf was a constant as my Adv Fwd with Moreno playing as the DL fwd. When I used Cole and Petric I changed them to Poacher, but found that they performed better as a DL fwd despite not having the obvious tools for the job, Carroll was the same when he became available.
I have very few team instructions and no individual player instructions.

First step is to renew Diame's contract and renegotiate the ridiculous release clause.
I then appointed my own staff, before then taking Damien Comolli as Dir of Football
