6 months waiting for a takeover!

im currently in my 3rd season at Nuneaton,
just entered league 2, half way through the summer i get a takeover approach, so ive had no chance to buy players.
ive got half of my youth team in my first 11, and still waiting in december for this to be completed.
what the **** is going on?

looks like some movement as the current chairman is now kicking off about the takeover taking so long, hopefully can get it sorted soon
