How often do you see your DLP/CM making a long diagonal passes or 60 yards rocket pass in a season ?

It happens a lot more in FM2013 than FM2012...

Happens all the time for my Central Coast team, Mike McGlinchey has done some roaring almost impossible passes/crosses which have led to a goal 70% of the time.

Then you should be happy, I know Giggs has done it a few times and my defenders specifically if I use my All Out Attack Shouts.
