7* Training and It's Benefits?

Hi Guys,

First post, I apologise if this has been covered by anyone before but here goes...

I'm currently just about to enter my second season as Man City and have decided to strenghtn my squad (obviously) but also to focus on my staff.

10 mill later and I have a top quality Asst. Man and 7* training. As I have never really brought youth players through to play for me, I was just wondering....

What / How good are the benefits of having 7* Staff / Training?

Now I have 7* Training, does this mean;

My youth players will get better?
My First Team will reach their potential quicker?
And, If I loan players out, will they benefit from this 7* Training or will they just train as per the team who has loaned them are training?

In brief it should mean that players attributes should improve better and as long as your youth training is 7 stars as well then they should also.

But for youth playing games is still better than just training.
