-9 would be the next set of beastly players on the game POTENTIALLY
-8 after that..

It's a simple way to give a player a random potential ability (PA) between two certain figures.

-10 means random potential ability of 180-200, -9 160-180 and so on...so in each new created game ie. ramsay could be 180 potential next game he could be 193 etc...
