hey, any chance someone can give me a rundown of the what the -9 and 160 means? I know they stand for potential but that's about it. Any specific help?

Also, if you could add main position of each player... that'd be great!!! (Also I signed Meyer for 6m on my Bayern save, looking great so far!!

Neal Maupay is -8, ie. between 130-160.

The ones with potential 0-200 is a fixed PA, they can only reach whatever theirs is, so say you have a youngster come through, CA is 101, PA is 178, he will only ever reach 178, whereas if it was -9, that means that a player has no fixed PA, he can turn into one of the best players on the game.
