9.3 Patch

I downloaded the 9.3 Patch and I saw that it has many updates, such as Transfers from Winter Period, Atributes Growing or Decreasing etc.
But there is a stupid thing, Tottenham has 0$ budget, nothing...
I can't buy any player with Spurs. Wtf is going on?

maybe becasue in real llife look at how many players totthenham have signed already? bentley, modric, cenko, corluka, dos santos, defoe, gomez, and keane.

thats probs the reason they aint got no money..
