A big problem :(

A guy hasn't turned up for 3 days in my network game. So i want to retire him but he has set a password on his account. He left the hamachi the day before so i cant ask him to go on and retire. I have no way of contacing him either
Is there any way I can get him off so someone else can take his team.
Help quick please
