Go for Razvan Rat as LB-starting 11 or back-up, great with set pieces as well..
GK- you might buy/loan Mannone from Arsenal (or is he already away? not sure..)
He is Italian so you might have better use of him in your team as a back-up..

Wanyama would cover both CB/DM and CM as well, a great buy, could buy for ~10m!

GK: Loan Adan (better than Mannone mentioned above)
CB: G. Bellusci is italian and will set you back about 8m
LB: Laurens De Bock is yours for 3m (or the more expensive Vrsaljko who can play either side -8m)
DM: Guido Pizarro has second Nationality Italian

Id bring in Adan/Bellusci/De Bock for about 10m and use the rest to buy Pizarro. If he's out of reach look at Krychowiak (sp - but he's in the Polish National Team so find him from there instead of search engine) or Badu from Udinese or indeed WANYAMA (though he's non EU and I wouldnt advise you to waste a slot on him - better utilise the non eu allocation for attackers esp Brazilians). Albin Ekdal is awesome but may be too expensive. Awesome cheap alternative is STEFAN STRANDBERG.
