A Female AI Manager of a Football League Team

I know you are now able to select your *** at the begining of a game but this is the first time I have seen an AI team in England being managed by a female. I noticed it whilst playing as Salford in the second season and she seems to be doing ok so far 8th in league 2.

Has anyone else seen this happen if so what was the highest division you have seen a woman manager?
 
It's also the same woman lol. Not impressed however, her Colchester team ****** sneaked a 2-1 win against me to take them into 2nd position in the league. May just keep an eye on her in game career.
 
She is the current Chelsea women's head coach and has said she would be keen to manage in the men's game. FM bringing her dreams to reality!
 
She's doing well in the game with Colchester, managed to get Colchester promoted to Div 1 (although they are currently bottom of the Division after 5 games so far).
