a good DLF for Arsenal

i just started with arsenal and i need a good DLF, will most likely buy him after the first season since i used up my budget for balanta,doria,illarramendi,aurier

im looking for a dlf in the 20-30 mil range

Mattio Destro ( BEAST). Loic Remy. Nick Powell or look at Berbatov or Droba for a season a Striker i would look at is W.Bony in my stoke save im in 2016 and hes at Spurs and in 2 seasons i think hes scored something 67 goals in 2 seasons and about 18 assists.
