it is hard to find a good tactic for lower league teams cos all the tacticson here are mainly aimed at big teams. for my rotherham game i found that playing a 4-4-1-1/4-4-2 formation with attacking wingers. when i pla\y against big teams in the cup i play a strikersless formation (using the defualt 4-5-1 formation but dropping the striker into the AM role) this makes your team very hard to break down. play default or direct passing as the players are not technically good enough to play a short passing game. hard tacking, closing down early and man marking seem to work.
