A jump into the unknown

Hey, i have always liked managing lower league teams on football manager ( Taken Mansfield town to Prem on each game since 06), However i have never tried my luck in a lower foreign league. So i decided i would try and test myself and see how it goes. After deciding on the country (germany) i went straight into the third division and took charge of a team named Offenbach.

I have a transfer budget of nothing and i am slightly below my wage budget so any free transfer recommendations would be welcome

i don't know how it is with Germany, but i played a bit lower leagues in Spain and Italy and it is a lot tougher to get promoted in those two.

We've started pretty well with 2 wins and 2 draws from the first 4 games and our defense is very good,the only problem is that i have 1 good goalscorer whilst the others are really poor and don't look like they'll be around the first team much longer
