A Legend Returns... (A Manager Merry-Go-Round Story)

I will get my hands on the save now.
I looked through the save last night and i set myself some goals.

1. Get rid of 1-2 strikers & 1 CM
We simply have too many for my taste!
2. Sign up some young stars
3. Sign up some bargain free transfers
4. Focus on the FA cup. It would be great to pull of a Wigan and get some european football!
5. Finish above Chelsea scums! They are just 4 points away!
 
Yeah I think we have too many strikers, just over run with them at the moment. Hopefully some good players will sign on a free, FA Cup could be down to luck of the draw as well. Finishing above Chelsea, well it depends on if they turn their season around and how you do, but I think it's possible!

A amazing month filled with many fixtures and board promises!

Board meetings
I had 2 succesfull talks with the board. One being about getting a feeder club to increase merchandise sales in other countries, and another being about youth facilities.

Feeder club:
I was asked by the board to pick a club myself. So since i was looking in a Korean club for a player, i decided to choose Pohang Steelers. They seemed like a decent club in Korea. But sadly, they didn't want to co operate with us.

As our finances were looking brighter, i thought that it is time to invest in the club. And the board agreed with me!

Amazing win against local rivals Arsenal!! I have no words for this! And now i'm really going to go for a historic trophy in the FA Cup! Also i just noticed, that i forgot to take a screen of the replay against Reading. I'll edit this post tomorrow with it.

What a comeback! Burnley quickly got in front 2-0, and i thought that this would be a huge defeat to a poor Burnley team. But it wasn't! We managed to get back into the game, and it had to be a strike after the 90 minutes from Collison to decide this game!

No suprise here, he have again been magnificient!

James Collins
Have been a absolute rock in the defence! He's also one of the main reasons that we had so many clean sheets in January! Haven't been played much this season, and i really can't see why.

Also haven't played much this season, but that's about to change! He's a beast in the middle!

I forgot about the transfermarket.

I bought in... noone...
I didn't think we needed any. We have a great big squad, nothing to complaine about here.
I loaned out Danny Potts to let him get some more first team action.
I sold Alexander Søderlund for about 900k. He wasn't good anymore, and i had to let him go. I think he went to Bolton or something like that.

Unbelievable in the FA Cup! I reckon with the teams still in it, we've got a good chance.

The win against Man City was great too, especially as a United fan, and being level on points with Chelsea is great.

I reckon with some results going our way we could sneak into Europe!

That's really my aim for this season.


Edit: Also as a Gunners fan myself, i really enjoyed the Tottenham win! :D
 
Yeah very true, and if we get into Europe that's a good income of money! Hopefully get to at least the group stage.
