A low team tactic

I have seen alot of low team tactics but are they so good?
Cause i dont think u can win bpl with norwich in first season, i can be wrong
because i never used a tactic that is for a low team but i need some help if it really works or not.

The easy answer is no, the days of those tactics is in the past! Most tactics will score you goals, but havent seen a tactic be defensively sound for a lower team!
