Hi,

I'm currently managing Juventus, I'm in the 3rd season right now and Pogba is really developing well. With Pirlo declining pretty quickly, I'm looking to form a midfield consisting out of Pogba, Vidal and Marchisio. Would this be a smart idea? If so, what roles should they play? Or should I buy a player like De Rossi to replace Pirlo and rotate a lot?

No a midfield of pogba marchisio and vidal sound great as pogba would be a great replacement for pirlo plus de rossi is older and its a waste of pogba development plus after 3 years he should be ready for consistent first team football anyway
