International saves are seldom done on forums so here's something different from the regular razzamatazz. Who am I managing to start off with? Well, it had to be a weak nation, I could have picked San Marino but I would have been stuck their since they're Europe's whipping boys so here's my first nation:

The Nature Boyz:

The British Virgin Islands national football team is the national team of the British Virgin Islands and is controlled by the British Virgin Islands Football Association.

A member of CONCACAF, it is among its weakest teams. The BVI are currently in rebuilding mode following the retirement of key players such as Avondale Williams and Rohan Lennon.

Early football games in the British Virgin Islands were between British Royal Navy crew, and expatriates. In 1968, the British Virgin Islands team was founded by a team of Royal Engineers, and soon after, in 1973 the British Virgin Islands Football Association was founded. In 1974, it was affiliated by FIFA. The former Tottenham, Chelsea and Porto manager, Portuguese André Villas-Boas had his first job as Technical Director of the national team British Virgin Islands in 2000 and 2001.

World Cup qualification

In the qualifying rounds for the 2006 World Cup were drawn against St Lucia, and they were eliminated 10–0 on aggregate.

In the qualifying rounds for the 2010 World Cup they were paired with the Bahamas. They lost on the away goals rule after a 3–3 draw over both legs. Both matches were actually played in the Bahamas, but British Virgin Islands were designated as the home team in the second match, which ended 2–2. Despite going out of the competition in the first qualifying round, the British Virgin Islands were the only side to enter the 2010 FIFA World Cup to remain unbeaten through qualification and the finals tournament (although New Zealand was undefeated in the finals tournament, they did lose a game in qualification.)

In the qualifying rounds for the 2014 FIFA World Cup they were in the unusual position of being favorites to win their two-legged tie against neighbors U.S. Virgin Islands. However, after losing the first leg 2–0 and the return leg 2–1, the British Virgin Islands once again failed to advance to the next round.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds saw British Virgin Islands take on Dominica with both legs taking place in Dominica, with the first leg acting as BVI's 'home ground' due to the away goal ruling. Despite taking the lead twice, the Islanders fell to a 3 - 2 defeat at 'home' and drew 0 - 0 away. Meaning that once again first round qualification remained elusive.

So we have 3 goalkeepers in the entire national pool, and one of them is age 48?!? I suppose you may be curious as to who the best players are? Well here ya go!

Grenada are ranked 154th in the world, we are ranked 195th so I employed a counter-attacking 4-4-2 and we managed to sneak a draw in my first ever game as manager.

Looks good, Gutendorf certainly didn't like sticking to one place for long

A great game with Estevan Jefferson getting his first international goals after the Bahamas took the lead through a dubious penalty at best.

Chad Bertrand's very quick-fire double knocked us for 6 and we really struggled to get back into the game from that point.

An amazing game! St. Lucia are ranked at the dizzying heights of 135th and have some really good players playing for them (most notably Aston Villa's Janoi Donacien and Genoa's Zaine Pierre) but we managed to come out on top!!

French Guiana are just a few steps above...heck they're miles better than we are as they have professionals knocking about in Morocco, England, France and Belgium so for us to hold them to just 2-0 was great.

Leicester's Harry Panayiotou just blew us away, we were no match for him. We can take a slight solace in the fact we didn't suffer the biggest defeat, Barbados beat Bonaire 7-0 and were 4-0 up after 10 minutes and Belize beat The Turks and Caicos Islands 8-0.

We were completely outplayed and did very well to keep Cameron Jerome to just the one goal and to keep Guyana to just 2 goals.

We're missing 5-7 players so a 2nd string side went out to face Sint Maarten, still think we should have has enough about us to get the win.

Another game we had no chance of winning due to the amount of professionals in the Curacao team but I'm not downhearted by our performance.
