James Wilson puts us in the lead around half an hour in before they equalized around the hour mark, we went all the way through extra time struggling for a breakthrough and it went to penalties.
We went out of the FA Cup just a few months ago after losing to Newcastle on penalties but it was a different story today as we netted all 4 of ours and they missed 2.

So it was not the perfect start to the season i was hoping for as we first off beat Aston Villa 2-0 but then managed to only draw with Arsenal after being 2-0 up, they netted twice in the last 10 minutes.
We then took the lead against QPR but yet again conceded late on for another poor result.

We start the month with a comfortable win over Everton with youngsters Wilson and Januzaj netting a couple of early goals before Mata sealed it late on.
We then lost to Juventus in a shocker of a match as we dominated the game but still conceded a couple of goals before struggling against lowly Hull as we missed a shed load of chances and ended the game 0-0.
We faced Newcastle next in the Cup, it was a highly entertaining back and forth game and ended 3-3 in normal time before Hernandez turned on the style late on with two goals in extra time to net his first Hattrick in years
Sunderland's attack force of Hemed and Bamford rang rings around our defence today to net both of their goals whilst Mata got our only goal as yet again we had a load of chances but just couldnt hit the back of the net.
We did end the month well though with a very important win against Galatasary especially after the Juventus loss.

So we started the month very well with a couple of impressive 2-0 wins over West Ham and Swansea before we destroyed Tel Aviv in the Champions League with my young trio of Januzaj, Wilson and Powell in fine form.
Hernandez cant stop scoring now as he comes off the bench to net the only goal in a 1-0 win over Southampton, We then snuck past West Ham in the Capital One Cup thanks to a very early goal from Wilson before ending the month with a huge win against Man City in the Derby with Mata and Di Maria scoring early in the second half after we went behind.

Its looking a little better now as were up to 5th place but its Liverpool who dominate things unbeaten after the opening 10 games whilst Balotelli already has 14 league goals!

Best Player - Juan Mata - 8 Goals and 10 Assists, him and Di Maria are key to any success we will have.

We beat Tel Aviv in the return leg of our Champions League Group tie before securing a huge 2-1 win over Juventus to seal our place in the next round of the Champions League with Di Maria netting the winning penalty with less than 10 minutes to go.

So along with the already mentioned Champions League games we suffered a poor bore draw against West Brom in the league before a couple of much better results beating 3-1 after being 1-0 down early on against Tottenham and then coming from 2-0 down against League leaders Liverpool to win 3-2 and inflict their first defeat of the season.

4th and 4 points behind League Leaders Liverpool after those two impressive wins as we reel Liverpool back from running away with the Title whilst Balotelli has 18 league goals already.

Best Player - Juan Mata - He scored a couple of important goals against Juventus and Tottenham and set up all 3 of the goals we scored against Liverpool.

We beat Galatasary in our last Group game after being 2-1 down we turned the game on its head with Valencia equalizing before youngster Henriquez netted a very late winner

So after losing our opening game to Juventus we managed to turn it around and win 5 straight to top the group

There is a few surprise teams in here including Everton, Feyenoord and Metalist , their are also 5 English teams in the last 16.

So we had to come from behind against Aston Villa in the League and Rooney in one of his rare appearances didnt like how i spoke to him boo freakin hoo!

So along with the already mentioned Champions League game we smashed 4 past Swansea in the Capital One Cup and will face Chelsea in the Semi Finals in the New Year.
In the league it was a bit back and forth with 5 wins from 7 in the league, we beat the likes of Chelsea 5-2 but only managed a draw with Stoke and ****** lost to Newcastle our official bogey team!

6 points behind Liverpool who have Balotelli banging them in from all places with almost twice as many league goals as his nearest rivals in the Golden Boot whilst Chelsea's attack force of Costa and Martinez is in good form too.

Best Player - Javier Hernandez - Hes having a brilliant time of it since coming back from his loan in the summer and has reached 10 goals from mainly sub appearances.

A pretty busy month with 8 games to start the New Year along with the Capital One Cup games we also beat Crystal Palace 4-2 in the FA Cup after narrowly beating Oldham with our second string at the start of the month in the 3rd rnd.
Just 4 league games this month winning 3 of them including a very important win away from home against Arsenal but we put all of that good work quickly down the toilet by losing to Everton in the next match,

The Everton loss hurts all the more with them just a point ahead of us in the table whilst we could narrow Liverpool's lead at the top if we win our game in hand to just 3 points.

Best Player - Daley Blind - A couple of wondergoals this month but hes really made that DMC role his own and in this position is probably one of the best in the World.

Just broke Andy Cole's 23 year old record for most prem goals in a season with 35 goals and im only in the beginning of March!

Well we didnt have a good time in Italy losing 3-1 despite being ahead early on from a Wilson goal they turned it around as we gave away two penalties and conceded again when we were pushing for an equalizer.

We dominated them from the off but struggled in front of goal, it took a Mata powerdriver that bounced off the keeper to break the deadlock, We had Rafael sent off late on for a silly foul but held on and won the Cup!

So along with the Cup matches i have already mentioned we could only manage a 1-1 draw with Newcastle in the FA Cup, they really are our bogey team, they knocked us out of the Cup last year and went on to win the whole thing.
In the league it was all rather straight forward with 4 wins in the league out of 4 with our toughest match the game against Sunderland were we needed two very late goals to seal the 3-1 victory.

Who would have thought the top two would be Liverpool and Everton, were just 3 points behind Liverpool with a game in hand and still have to play them at the beginning of April.

Best Player - Juan Mata - 17 goals and 12 Assists, hes been on fire for us on the left wing and a mainstay in that role whilst the right wing is still up for grabs, hes also our top goalscorer in the league.

So along with the Cup matches we played 3 league games and won all of them! Mata netted the only goal as we beat Tottenham before we beat Chelsea 3-2 in a back and forth game with Wilson netting the winner, in the last league game of the month we beat West Brom with Wilson netting early on before RVP got a rare goal.

We have finally caught up with Liverpool who are above us at the moment just from goal difference but we have a game in hand on them.

Best Player - James Wilson - 23 Goals in 30 starts with 10 of them coming in the Cup games as he really matures as a first team player.

Our Champions League game against Everton will be my 100th game in charge of Man Utd

In the Champions League Qtr Finals we beat Everton 1-0 in the 1st leg with Januzaj netting the only goal of the game and then took the lead in the return leg through Nani before Ross Barkley netted a late equalizer on the night but it wasnt enough for the tie and we go through.

We are the only English team left now and face off against Bayern Munich in the Semi Finals

What a crazy month of matches with 9 games in all, Wilson's goal drought is made to look worse due to all these matches we played as he scored only a month ago, In the league it didnt go great, we managed to come from 2-0 down against Title Rivals Liverpool to draw 2-2 thanks to a couple of RVP goals but threw away all that hard work by losing our next match to bogey team Newcastle.
We came back with wins against Sheff Wed, Stoke and Watford all falling before us but i feel the damage may have already been done thanks to the Newcastle loss with the Title race very much out of our hands.

Liverpool just beat Man City to stay top of the league and regardless of what we do only have to win at 17th placed Sunderland to secure the Title, Balotelli is on 39 league goals though!

Best Player - RVP - Transfer listed and about to leave on a free transfer with his crazy expensive contract not being renewed but at 32 years of age he can still turn on the style when he has to and has been a decent super sub

Thanks mate, hoping to have a better start to the season next year and push for the title again, we didnt really deserve the Title this year anyway never being near the top for the whole season and i think Balotelli will carry on getting goals but not to that level next season which should help
