A New Database

I've had an idea for a while now about a custom database but because I have no idea whatsoever about editing as such.So I was wondering whether anyone could make a database where, players from each country's top league are put into one team and then put into a league against the other leagues teams.For example;
Premiership----------- La Liga
Cech--------------------Casilass
Evra- -------------------Abidal
Sagna- -----------------Alves
Terry- ------------------Puyol
Vidic- -------------------Pepe
Arshavin- -------------Messi
Arteta- -----------------Ronaldo
Gerrard- ----------------Iniesta
Fabregas--------------- Kaka
Torres- ------------------Ibrahimovic
Rooney- -----------------Villa

and that leagues best youngsters could be in the under 18's,if anyone can help me it's much appreciated
