So I check the training performance arrow in individual training for last month and I see a player with a red arrow pointing straight downards indicating he performed badly in training last month...
I criticize his training and he says he has done enough in traing to be in the first team...But he demoralize from OK to fairly poor
when I answer to him soemthing he demoralize another point to poor...
After that chat I praise him for his trainining and he don't agree again and keep on demoralizing...
Now is the only player who is not happy with his training...
I can't win whatever I say to him...
Any advice regarding training performance would be greatly appreciated...
