1. Is there any way of adding more leagues to the game or changing from View-Only to Playable and vice versa ? FMRTE or anything ?

2. Does managers previous history matter ? By this I mean the Automatic, Professional, International etc, this you decide when you create the manager.

1. No, when the game is already made, it is not possible to change these options.

2. It does if you start unemployed, previous experience determines the quality of the clubs that would be willing to accept you as manager if you apply. It can means players could be more favourable to a move to your club, as the higher your reputation is the more players want to come and play under you. (Thank for adding this Andy :wub
