A series of questions

Whenever I create a team logo for a nation and put them into my files and alter the config so they show up, the kits I create do not.

OR.

I create the logos perfectly as I can, the small and normal sized logos appear ok UNTIL you go onto the team profile and the default shield logo appears instead of the created logo.

Is this a regular occurence to other FM'ers?
As it is a ****** nuisance and I can't seem to find out what is the problem.

I am trying to construct new logos for the singapore S-league teams but a couple of teams such as Etile FC have no logos in the kitpacks I've downloaded so when I created one the normal logo failed to show up properly.

Also. sorry for this other questions as I;m assuming its hard to pull off, is there anyway you can make sure a club can only sign players of a certain nationality, such as the chinese teams in the S-league & Bilbao?

Ah right. well my other questions was with regard to editing as such, involving creating a team that plays in one nation, stadium is said nation BUT can only sign players of a certain nationality?
