Hello there!
I started my fm 2014 career with the Bundesliga's weakest team Braunschweig. I am currently using a 4-2-2-2 tactic with counter attack but I cannot say that my team is very good with it. I am winning home matches sometimes but we always lose away matches. My players have no skill in any part so I cannot give much info about them
I would like to get some suggestion about what kind of tactic with which instructions I should use to make a good tactic on my own.
