A tactic for the team without wingers ?

I'm searching a good 4-1-2-1-2 or 4-3-1-2 tactic for my team who doesn't have wingers.

The formation :

It doesn't work at all for me at the moment, the defense is very weak.

Anyone has created a good tactic for my type of team ? (sorry for my english :S)

THB make good tactics but I have tested this one and don't like it very much. I prefer when i have the possession, no counter attack tactic, if you know what i mean.
