Because knap tactic under new match engines are a bit bad now, but seems like Highway Star and EF 424 are the best now under new engines, and his tactics tbh fell a little off in this latest patch in my opinion

Every year I try Knap's tactics, but I have never found a tactic that would be the best for the current version of FM. Yes, he has great tactics, there are many of them for different formations, but they are not the best of all (in my opinion).

Ok here is an amazing tac, I start using this one as the goal against:

Instruction:
4 main criteria: Pace, acceleration, jumping and dribbling. But most basic, pick/buy players with at least both pace and acceleration.

i think (not 100% sure), that Knap tests his tac based on holiday mode then playing it out himself....so his tac results may not be 100% valid for hand playing liked us....
