After playing as the Portland Timbers for quite a few seasons, I decided to try a new team and chose Sparta Prague in the Czech 1st Division. I won the first division, but this season, I wanted to vastly imporve my squad for the Champions League. The max I can offer key players is around 9k/wk. Even with loyalty bonuses and yearly wage increases, I usually get rejected in contract negotiations due to max wage and agent requirements. Is there any way I can change the max wage offered to players, or is it related to my club's worth or something similar to that?
