After 10 games had gone by this season Steve Clarke had lead West Brom into a relegation battle sitting in 19th with 1 win 4 Draws and 5 loses.

West Brom owner Jeremy Peace was very upset being promised a good show this season so the sack fell a pon
Steve Clark. There for West Brom was in Search of a new manager Peace was looking for something new and not
Old fashion. Peace looked and look and then found something he would never think he would find an canadian man that was looking for a new job and was willing to help his team out of relegation.
