A Wolfsburg Tactic?

I have just started a save with VFL Wolfsburg, and looking at the squad, I noticed that there are very little wide players. SO I need some help with tactics.

I thought about playing a 3-1-1-3-2 formation? would this work or would it just be a failure.

What tactic should I use and If they are able to download from this site, please tell me.

4-3-1-2 Might be good. Have Diego in the hole behind the strikers.
