Well retrain him. But I'd say no as he's not very good technically and physically. Make him a fast Striker?

It's usually best to train them when they are about 16 to 19 i think, then you get the best out of them. i reccomend sell him and buy mark noble from west ham

Play him striker advanced forward and retrain him at striker.
