Have you noticed the results of the new update?
Cazorla who looked shocking and i was going to sell in the Summer has recently been my best player after the update. No more long shots and instead he is now scoring and assisting. Also players Star ratings have improved and are now more realistic. Giroud for example is 4.5 instead of 3.5. Brilliant

i never gave cazorla and giroud chances. For cazorla, bec he doesnt fit in my plans, while for giroud, i only play solo striker, and lewandowski is affordable and also one of my fave.

Gonna update my game tomorrow. Thank god they fixed the long shots, i gave up on mancity bec of aguero tendecy to do that. I hope they give holding mids better playing ratings

I get you. I decided to give the current squad a go for the first season so Giroud, Cazorla, Walcott and Podolski have played alot. Giroud I could never complain about. 22 goals up until Jan, the others were poor until the update. Cazorla is the biggest change.

In the 1st season, Podolski only managed 6 games for me, as his attributes doesn't really give him much an advantage, finishing is great, but other than that, meh, terrible off the ball.

, I was trying to sell him from the very beginning, but no one wants him. Walcott's mentality is just so terrible, I know he is pacey, but SI should give him better mental stats, sold him to chelsea for 40m, and he only managed to get 4 games for them.

Ye, he is a player I throw on when I am already winning or if I am chasing a game in the hope his pace can do something, rarely starts and will more then likely be sold. I am looking for English players to sign because Arsenal do have alot of foreigners.
Not many top quality ones availble to replace Podolski, Walcott, Flamini, Fabianksi. Any recommendations?

@gavin - I bought Kyle Naugton ( 5m back up DL/DR) and Davies Curtis(loan - Back up CD). Also bought Joe Ledley, welsh, but home grown to england. Sold flamini so i can play joe ledley.

you can also try Jake Livermore, 2m-3m back up BWM, english.

@haze - the salary of that squad I bet is enormous. Stergen is cheap in this version, bought him for 5m.

so who's better? szcheny or ter stegen?.. szcheny is home grown, which is such a plus, but ter stegen is potential leader, which is i always want for a keeper.

?6m for Joe Ledley?!?! really??!!? he must be like 2star max for your team....

For me Ramsey play very well. I used him like DLP, but sometimes i gave him a chance like MC(A). His potential is become a superstar midfielder and i must agree that. At the beggining of the first season i used him like back um of Mikel Arteta, but now is my first choice.

BTW i won the Premier league, Ramsey is good like DLP and MC also, i dont know how much will cost, but if you start with Arsenal you must keep him for sure.

I'd suggest adding "appears late in opposition area" PPM using editor as he's been doing that IRL to score goals, this PPM can't be taught and very few players possess it. (Frank Lampard). He'll score more that was BBM and it's not cheating as that's what he's been doing this year. I played him as DLP(support) with Roam from position instruction. He was good. Controlled the game just outside box and also plays through balls. Scores an odd goal as he appears in the box unmarked Lampard style!

Ramsey does well for me as an advanced playmaker on support mode.

He gets a lot of touches in the MC slot, spreads it around well - I play a short and slow passing game, with "work ball in the box" on. Admittedly he seldom supplies the killer ball, but is brilliant at keeping the ball and keeping the offence ticking.
