Abel Hernandez or Vaclav Kadlec

So i just started my second season with Arsenal and i am looking for a long term replacement for Van Persie. And i have shortlisted these two players Abel Hernandez and Vaclav Kadlec but I want 1 of them because i play a 4-2-3-1 formation. please guys which 1 should i go for?
 
I'd go for Hernandez personally. If Kadlec is still at Sparta Prague then you should be able to get them both if you want.
 
I think Abel Hernandez is better, but he is much more expensive. He will cost about 30 mio. Kadlec is cheap, at least at the beginning. He could also cost you 20 mio depending on which club he plays at

Vaclav Kadlec. Best striker I've ever had. Scores a goal a game for me. Maybe a little more, and maybe a little less at times. Brilliant player.
