about world regions

I need some enlightenment about world regions in the game (I mean, Central Europe, West Africa, etc).
anybody know what countries are there in that regions?

I just don't wanna waste my time to scout players from the unwanted areas because I don't know which countries are scouted.

Go to start new game and select regions and it gives you a list of countries that are active in those areas.

can't find any button reads "region"

When you start game to the left of screen is a list of countries above these is a tab with Europe or All click on tab and it will show other regions. (actually this is only the continents)sorry. FMscout or FMRTE not sure but you may be able to use filter to search regions on these.
