Does he ever fork any money into Chelsea?

At around £60m in debt for the past two seasons, you'd think a chairman with 'sugar daddy' status would occasionally put money into the club?

Can anyone who's ever played as Chelsea shed some light on this?

He is an underwriter meaning he writes off all debts at the start of the season.
There are three types
Normal - Normal chairman
Underwriter - Writes off debts at the start of the season
Free Spender - Writes off debts at the end of every month the club is in debt and gives extra transfer budgets at will.

I was given a budget of £60m+ in my first season, but for the past two seasons, the tight-fisted ****** has given me a mere £10.75m... slightly unrealistic if you ask me.

Perez is worse mate, I only had 8 mil to start with in 2008/2009 then I had 150 mil (never spend any of it keep it a side for a rain day in case I in need of players ) then in the third season it was only 5 mil

Transfer Budget = 5 mil
Budget Reaming = 250 mil

Well if reaming means remaining, then maybe he just added 5m on top of your 250m?

No, I think it means he was initially given a £5m budget, then, probably because of improved finances, the chairman increased the budget to £250m.

That's happened with me a few times.
