Juraj Piroska who is my absolute gem of a player hes not rated amazing by my
scouts but he has 14+ for the following: dribbling,
finishing, first touch, technique, anticipation, bravery, composure,
concentration, creativity, decisions, determination (20), off the ball,
positioning, teamwork, workrare, acceleration, agility, balance, pace and
strength mate. An absolute gem!

Don't have game, but he's playing for FK Senica in Slovak First Division. He's nowhere near that good IRL, but that means he should be cheap.

Agreed. 12 passing for a playmaker is far from gem-material. The other stats are also average at best, at least when managing a top tier team. Also aged past the point he'll improve any more.
