I've tried searching the forums for this, but found nothing.

If you're playing with a custom database, can you still receive achievements?

Somebody told me a while back that it affects which achievements you unlock, so if this is the case, could someone provide a list of the achievements I can't unlock?

Yes you can, I download all the recent transfer updates from LFCMarshall and I still get all the achievements

yes, as long as the database doesn't preclude that achievement (like "Player of the Year" achievement if the database doesn't award that.)
