ACTION STYLE FACEPACK FM26

Do these need the config files in each folder. I've installed in the FM26 folder, removed the old cut out faces I had and rebooted the game but seems to still show the cut out faces

I've downloaded all the packs, unzipped and placed them all in their respective country folders inside a folder called action faces but without the config files they're useless?

all photos go in the one folder config file required or faces wont appear

I've found some other action pictures now that come with the config files and work a treat. Shame really as I spent a fair bit of time downloading these and structuring them in their respective country folders.

try downloading the action photos you said that worked with the config file and use that config file you spent the time on downloading place the config file in folder with faces and it should work all faces have same ID Numbers

the issue you are going to come across is if a player moves, then you have multiple pictures in multiple folders and none will load.
You need to have one single folder for all images and 1 config file for that folder. (or something like what i did on page 10 with s config per sub folder) This is the safest and cleanest way to do it. I can't give you my master config file as i have thousands of images and you would end up with blanks if you don't have that picture.
I use FmXML to create the config files. I point it to my faces folder and apply the following settings.

Why would I take a config file out of a working set of pics to put it in here when I already have the pics and config working? That makes no sense mate. Most of us have a folder with lots of pictures in. Not different folders for different countries/leagues. You're making more work for yourself if a player leaves a club/league. you have to be aware, then delete/replace images and remember which ones you've done if you forget to remove them from the old league/club.

1 folder means you just chuck in the new images, and replace the duplicates. You then make your own config file periodically. less effort by a long shot.
