Add Players to Playable Teams
If certain playable teams are unable to fulfill particular squad requirements at the start of a new saved game, ticking this box will ensure that their playing squad will be filled out with sufficient personnel.
 
So say the squad registration comes up and you dont have the minimum number of home-grown players, ticking this box will ensure things like that?
