Adding a new league?

Hey guys,

I've looked around and can't figure out whether you can add a new league to play in once you've already started playing the game. I managed West Ham up until the 2013/14 but got bored and left. The silly thing was that i only added English leagues Premiership - League 2. Is there any way to add another league now, Spanish or Italian or anything.

In order to add new leagues you have to start a new game!

No, and dont use that , it ruins the game!
