Adding a player to database question?

If I add a player that I create in the database editor to the database I am using for a current save, will he be generated on that save, or would I have to start again?

I am years into this save and wanted to add myself into the game for a laugh.

He will not appear in you current game.

You can use FMRTE to edit current saves.

It's a 3rd party program, its not endorsed by SI.

On the whole it is safe to use, but it can cause problems if used incorrectly.

I have used it myself before yes, when i ran a chairman game for fm-base and needed to remove and add managers for an ongoing save. It has been around for a long time and has a reputation as the best in game editor.
