Adding a stadium pic?

I've got a pic of my local teams ground, how would I go about adding it to the other stadiums I have already downloaded?

Same question but for players faces?

Would appreciate some help with this.

Editing experts where are ya?

I've downloaded I pic of my local teams ground.
Converted it to .png and changed the resolution to make it the same as those in the stadium mega pack.
Saved it as the ID number for that club.
Created a new line in the config file, I did this by copying an existing line and inserting the ID in place of the copied one.
Saved the config file.
Reloaded skin.

Stadium image is not there, I have all the other stadiums working fine.

What have I missed?

The only thing I could see that was different was the bit depth mine is 32 the others in the mega pack are 24.
Is this the problem? If so how do I change bit depth?
