Adding an extra league in the database mid save?

Hey lads, first post nd I've used by bandwidth cap so I'm running dial-up speed so its taking a verrrryyyyy loooonnggg time to post this but anyway...

I made the mistake of not making my "Player Permit Club" league (i.e. Belgium League) playable/viewable.

Is their anyway to add them in without starting a new save??
