Adding images to posts

Hi can someone explain to me how to add images into a forum post so that they do not appear as attachments underneath the post?

That's using an image hosting site.
All are ****.
The only decent one is fmshots, but I stopped using it a long time ago when I had a stint with bad luck and tried to upload in the few times it got issues (my luck sucks a lot).
