Adding My Local Team to Tier 10

Hi I know this sounds really lazy, but I was wondering if someone would be able to do a config file that has my local team starting in tier 10. I've looked at the editor and i have no idea where to start.

If someone fancies doing it I will be able to give them all the required information..such as players names, club information, badges and team colours and the required tier 10 league to start of in.

Please help

I would do it but I've banned myself from using the editor for the forseeable future. I got fm10 a week after it came out & my Bideford career (link in sig) is the first & only time I've really played the game!!!
