adding reserve teams to a new reserve league

I'm trying to sort out the Scottish league database, i downloaded one but i wanna tweek it. I'm trying to add a new reserve league with relegation and promotion, but i cant seem to find the reserve teams or add them how do i find it?

they should be under the nation rules, once you convert to advanced rules
