Additional Comments section

Guys
Does anyone use the additional comments section that the game provides? I don't see the point when adding comments once you've already provided an answer whether speaking to the Media, or a Private Chat with a player.

Can anyone tell me the benefit of this or whether anyone uses it.

There's isn't really a point - at all. (As far as I know)

It's intended for use in network games i believe.

The game sometimes recognizes it. If you put profanities in it and storm out it will say something like ' x person stormed out uttering profanities.'
